摘要
本文分析了WGZ50/3.82—l型煤粉锅炉运行中存在的不足,制订出相应的整改措施.并对改造后的运行调试方案进行了详细的阐述,证明改造是成功的,锅炉热效率由85.4%提高到89.0%,出力和运行稳定性也大有提高。
The work analyzes problems occurred in operation of WGZ50/3. 82- I type pulverized-coal fired boiber and works out relative improving measures. It presents indetaid the trial operation plan improved. The result shows that the Improvement is success- ful. Heat efficiency of the boiter increases from 85. 4% to 89. 0%. Productivity is in- creased and operation is more stable.
