摘要
本文给出了套管式燃气辐射管外管壁平均壁温的数学模型.用此模型还可计算该辐射管的内管壁壁温、排烟温度、辐射管产生的热量和辐射管的热效率.并通过实验验证了该数学模型的合理性.
Based on some rational assumptions, the present paper presents a mathematical model for calculating the outside wall average temperature of a gas radiating sleeve tube. Through the use of the said model it is also possible to calculate the juner tube wall temperature, the exhaust gas temperature, the heat input and the thermal efficiency of the said tube. The calculation results are in good agreement with those obtained by experiments, thus confirming the rationality of the proposed matematical model.
