摘要
新时期的职称工作对现行的人才配置和使用机制提出了新的要求,文章分析了我国职称工作的历史、发展以及在新时期面临的挑战,提出了制定科学的人才评价工作体制,继续深化推行职务聘任制度,强化岗位管理等建议。
Assessing the special title of a technical post in new period in our country, lodges new requirement to current talent configuration and management strategy. The paper focuses on the origin, development of the special title of a technical post and the challenges in new period. Managing to draw up a scientific talent evaluation system, deepen professional-hiring system reform and strengthen function management is also discussed.
