摘要
沥青混凝土中掺加纤维能显著地提高沥青混凝土的路用性能,提高路面的抗水侵害能力,提高路面的高温稳定性以及减少路面的反射裂缝。试验讨论了聚酯纤维与聚丙烯腈纤维对沥青混合料的路用性能的影响。结果表明,掺加0.25%聚酯纤维及0.3%聚丙烯腈纤维,沥青混合料的稳定度提高约20%~30%,残留稳定度达到90%以上,动稳定度提高3倍左右。
The use of polyester fiber as modified material in asphalt concrete can improve tne service properties, enhance the water stability and the high temperature stability, and decrease the low temperature cracking and fatigue. The effects of polyester fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber on asphalt concrete are studied by experiments. The results show to add 0. 25% polyester fiber or 0.3% polyacrylonitrile fiber into asphalt concrete, the stability of Marshall can improve 20%~30%, the stability Of residual can keep more than 90% and dynamic stability can improve about 3 times of normal asphalt concrete
