摘要
目的对比观察胞磷胆碱钠联合丹参滴注液与单纯应用丹参滴注液治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法将89例交发性聋（SD）患者随机分成两组，治疗组（46例）应用胞磷胆碱钠和丹参滴注波联合治疗，对照组（43例）采用单纯丹参滴注液治疗。两组均给予高压氧和传统的ATP、辅酶A等能量治疗。治疗前和治疗后每3天进行一次纯音听力测试。结果治疗组总有效率为73．9％（34／46），对照组总有效率为55，8％（24／43）。两组经统计学处理，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。未见明显不良反应。结论胞磷胆碱钠和丹参滴注液联合用药治疗SD疗效肯定，明显优于传统疗法。此方法安全有效、价格便宜。使用方便，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of application of citicoline sodium and salvia mihiorrhiza drops joint treatment on sudden deafuess（ SD）, compared with salvia mihiorrhiza drops alone. Methods 89 patients with SD were randomly divided into two groups ： the experimental group （ n = 46） given citicoline sodium and salvia miltiorrhiza drops joint therapy. While the control group （ n = 43） received salvia miltiorrhiza drops . The two groups were received the conventional therapy - hyperbaric oxygenation （HBO） and ATP ＆ COA therapy, for example. The hearing threshold of all the patients were measured before and after treatment every 3 days. Results The clinical total effective rate was 73.9% （34/46） in the experimental group and that was 55, 8% （24/43） in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. No serious adverse reactioh was observed. Conclusion The citicoline sodium and salvia mihiorrhiza drops joint treatment on SD is effective. And the citicoline sodium may contribute to the recovery of the patients with SD better than the traditional methods, it is safe and effective for the treatment of SD.
