摘要
文章阐述了知识管理中的现代IT技术的运用,证明了知识管理不是一个静态的纯理论的概念,而是一种嵌入学习组织中的循环模型。它必须依托‘IT’技术的支撑、方能促进隐性知识与显性知识的转换、实现知识共享和利用。
This article explains the application of modern IT in knowledge management. It also states that knowledge management is a circular model imbedded in learning organization instead of static pure theoretical concept. The essay further points out that knowledge management must depend on IT support so as to enhance the conversion of implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge and to realize the sharing and utilizing of knowledge.
