摘要
本文研究了乙型溶血性链球菌L型的诱导方法与生物学特性,发现诱导乙型溶血性链球菌L型不能用平板纸片法诱导,而必须先经青霉素G(0.39～6.25μg/ml)在液体培养基中诱导才能获得成功。稳定的乙型溶血性链球菌L型在形态、溶血性、药敏和G+C含量均有改变,其G+Cmol％为36.23,而L型为42.96,二者的差别超过4～5％,提示在遗传结构上可能发生了一些改变。
The purpose of this article is to study the induction and biological characteristic of streptococcus L-forms. The induction was carried out directly on solid media with failure at last,but passing through liquid media with penicillin G ( 0.39~6. 25ug/m) obtained favorable results. The L-forms became stable after repeated passage in turn in solid media with penicillin. The stable L-forms changed not only in morphology, but also in hemolysis, antibiotic susceptibility and G+C content. The G+C mol% was 36.23 in bacterial forms and 42.96 in the L-forms. The difference was mere than 4~5%, indicating that there might be some alterations in genetic materials within the cells during induction.
