摘要
本文采用两步合成法合成了氯代丁基吡啶三氯化铝离子液体(bpc/AlCl3),对中间产物氯化丁基吡啶(bpc)进行了TG-DSC测定,对合成的不同酸性的离子液体进行了TG-DTA热分析研究,考察了离子液体的热稳定区间。热分析研究表明吡啶离子液体在呈液态的范围内蒸汽压很低,几乎不挥发,吡啶离子液体的稳定区间为室温到250℃左右,明显高于其它常规有机溶剂,对于一般的工业应用已经足够。
1-Butylpyridinium chloride/aluminum chloride room temperture ionic liquids were synthesized by two steps, 1-Butylpyridinium chloride which is ionic liquid intermediates was tested by TG-DSC method . The thermally stable range of different acidic ionic liquids was also researched by thermogravimetry analysis. It was found that the vapour pressure of ionic liquids is wery low in the range of liquid state; and the range of thermal stability is from room temperature to about 25℃, which is higher than other commen organic solvents so that it is sufficient for industrial needs.
