摘要
讨论了电子光学系统计算机辅助设计中涉及的电场强度的数值计算问题,提出了两种三维数值计算方法;并用所编制的程序计算了特定电场分布下的电场强度.结果表明,这两种方法的精度较高,能满足实际应用的需求.
he numerical computation of electric field intensity is discussed. Two kinds of three-dimensional algorithms are given. To test their accuracy, programs are developed to calculate the electric field intensity in several special fields, for which the analytical values are known.The results show that the accuracy is high enough for use.
