摘要
本研究针对实际需求，采用混合溶剂（丙酮－正己烷－水）及新工艺对棉坯直接浸出，生产低棉酚、低蛋白变性，低残油的高质量粕，同时提供一种价格昂贵的副产品──粗棉酚；毛油颜色浅，易精炼；混合溶剂沸点低，回收容易，为棉籽浸出新工艺提供可靠的依据。
A practical process for the extraction of glanded cottonseed flakes with acetone-hexane-water has been developed. The analyses of the extracted meal indicated that the content of free gossypol,the denaturization and residual oil was low. At the same time,a precious by-product(crude gossypol) was produced.The light-coloured crude oil was easily refined. It was easy to recover the low-boiling mixtured solvent.The results showed that this study would provide reliable data for a new process of cottonseed extraction.
