摘要
对来源于中国13个省(区)1010份和国外引进的4份裸燕麦品种(系)进行了β-葡聚糖含量的鉴定研究。结果表明,中国裸燕麦β-葡聚糖含量为2.0%~7.5%,其中含量〈3.00%的占6.61%,3.00%~4.99%的占86.4%。5.00%~5.99%的占5.72%,≥6.00%的占1.18%。按品种类型划分,地方品种的含量低于育成品种(系)。按来源地划分,河北、山西、内蒙古的含量较高,云南、贵州、四川的含量较低,而陕西的含量最低。同年不同地点或相同地点不同年份种植的相同品种(系),含量有一定的变化(0.27%~0.83%)。在鉴定中筛选出一批高β-葡聚糖品种(系)。本研究不仅为燕麦高β-葡聚糖育种提供了理论依据和物质基础,而且为降脂燕麦保健片的生产提供了优良品种。
The β-glucan content of naked oat was analysed and evaluated for 1010 accessions from 13 provinces in China and 4 exotic accessions. The result showed that the β-glucan contents ranged from 2.0 % to 7.5 % by dry weight of sample. The β-glucan content of 6.6% cultivars was bellow 3% in the total cutivars analysed, 86.5 % ranged from 3.00 % to 4.99 %, 5.7 % from 5.00 % to 5.99 %, and 1.2 % was 6 % or above. According to the types of eultivars, the β-gluean content of landraces was lower than breeding eutivars. The β- glucan contents in oat from Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia were high, from Yunnan,Guizhou, Siehuan were low, and was from shaanxi lower. The β-glucan contents of the same cultivavs varied from 0.27 % to 0.83 % in different locations in the same year and in the same location in different years respectively. A batch of cultivers with higher β-glucan content were screened. This study not only provided theoretical and material basis for the breeding of oat with high β-glucan content, but also good variety for production of hypocholesterolemie and healthful oatmeal.
