In this paper, the features of the 32 - megabit flash memory AT49BV322T and the DSP TMS320F2407A is described. Several kinds of working mode and operation mode of AT49BV322T, the interlace technology of flash memory and DSP are introduced. And we implement the continuous addressing for muhiehip ultra - large capacity flash memory. The soft of on - line programming for memory is given, ineluding memory eonfiguration, read operation, write operation and chip erasing operation etc.
