摘要
目的:探讨先天性白血病的临床特点。方法:对1例先天性白血病患儿的临床资料进行分析,并复习文献。结果:先天性白血病的临床表现多种多样,但以皮下结节、贫血、发热、肝脾肿大最为常见。本例曾先后误诊为荨麻疹、郎格罕细胞组织细胞增生症,骨髓检查可确诊。结论:先天性白血病的临床表现常不典型,对不明原因皮肤损害的婴儿应做骨髓检查。
Objective ： To investigate the clinical features of congenital leukemia. Methods ： The clinical datum of one case of congenital leukemia was analyzed and the related literature was reviewed. Results：The clinical manifestation of congenital leukemia could be diversified, but subcutaneous nodules, anemia, fever and hepotosplenomegaly frequently occurred. Bone marrow examination could be helpful for diagnosis. It had been misdiagnosed as urticaria or Langerhans cell histiocytosis. Conclusion ：The clinical manifestation of congenital leukemia was not typical ,and bone marrow examinations should be done in the infants with unexplained skin lesions.
