摘要
莆薯503是由福建大南伏与美国L-4-5杂交选育而成的优质甘薯新品种。其“丰、优、抗”目标性状综合表现较好。营养丰富,薯肉桔黄色,烘干率31.5%~32.8%,出粉率15.4%~16.8%,可溶性糖5.57%,胡萝卜素31.5 mg·kg^(-1).维生素C 206.0 mg.kg^(-1),蛋白质3.67%(干样)。煮食质松味香甜,食用品质优于福建食用当家种新种花。食品加工性状优良。福建省食用甘薯新品种区域试验和各地生产示范,一般每公顷鲜薯产量30~37.5 t,高产达45 t以上。抗蔓刈病、疮痂病,萌芽性好,薯形美观,商品率高。以优质食用或食品加工原料品种生产利用,综合开发,产业化示范运作,增效极为显薯。
A high qualified sweet potato variety Pushu 503 was hybridized and selected from the parent lines of Dananfu and L-4-5. Its target characteristics of high productivity, high quality and strong disease resistance parformed well. It possesses abuandant nutrition, orange meat with 31.5%-32.8% storing rate, 15.4%-16.8% starch-making rate, 5.57% soluble sugar, 31.5 mg ·kg^-1 carotins, 206.0 mg·kg^-1 Ve, 3.67% protein (dry sample). Its edible quality is better than that of the popularized variety Xinzhonghua in Fujian Province. The new variety is excellent in food-processing character, The regional test for edible sweet potato varieties and the results in demonstrative production in different places showed that,the fresh biomass was 30. 0-37.5 t·hm^-2, with higher yield of more than 45 t·hm^-2, It resists to fusalium wilt of sweet potato and scab disease. It produces nice-looking root tuber with high commodity rate. It could be directly utilized for cooking or used as row material for food processing. After the industrialization development, the profit-increasing efficiency will be obvious.
