摘要
310乙字型钢预处理后,其预涂底漆的漆膜会充满传统的牙板吊具的齿间,给生产带来不安全因素。文中介绍的新式吊具,卡入乙字型钢翼缘的钩体和挡住乙字型钢腹板的杠杆两者之间能相互转动,两者通过钩体上的直槽能连成一体,从而达到预定的工作程序。该吊具工作可靠、能有效地保护预处理的漆膜,保证安全生产。
After pretreatment of 310 Z-sectioned steel,the paint film of pre- coated primer will fill tooth space of traditional tooth plate sling device,this will bring unsafe factor to safe production.In this paper,a new type of sling device is in- troduced,inserting between hook of flange on Z sectioned steel and lever of web plate on Z sectioned steel,both can be rotated mutually,these can be united to form an integral body through straight slots on hooks,so as to attain preset working pro- gram.This sling device works reliably and can effectively protect pretreated paint film and ensure safe production.
