摘要
私设“小金库”在我国屡禁不止,如何根除这一顽疾呢?文章在对“小金库”的表现形式、产生原因进行分析的基础上,提出了治理“小金库”的对策。
The ＂departmental coffer＂ remains incessant after repeated prohibition, so how to get rid of this phenomenon？ The paper proposes the countermeasures of controlling the ＂departmental coffer＂ on the basis of the analysis of the reasons of the ＂departmental coffer＂ formation.
