随着知识经济时代的到来,知识管理已成为提高企业核心竞争力的一种有效的战略工具,文章旨在通过对知识管理系统的研究,探讨如何通过知识管理来提高企业的核心竞争力。
With the coming of the era of knowledge - based economy, knowledge management has turned out to be a kind of effective strategic ways to improve one enterprise＇s core competency. This paper stresses how enterprise to improve their core competency conduct knowledge management.
