摘要
利用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜培养、透射电镜现察、包涵体检查及抗原检测,从某种鸡场发病鸡群的鸡冠部痘疹上分离鉴定出两株鸡瘟病毒(ML 株和 MM 株)。两株病毒能在尿囊膜上形成痘斑和包涵体,病毒粒子大小为250×350nm,具有囊膜和血凝毒,对乙酰、氯仿和 pH3敏感,56℃30 min 可灭活,人工感染试验结果表明,两株病毒具有较强的致病性。
Two strains of fowl pox virus were isolated and iden tifiedfrom poxs on cockscomb of sick chicken by chorioallantoic-membraneculture of chicken embryos,observation of eletron microscopy,examination of inclusion and antigen.The viruses were 250-350nm indiameter,and able to form poxs and inclusions on chorioallantoicmembrane.They passessed envelop and hemagglutinin,and had strongpathogenicity.In addition,the viruses were susceptible toether, chloroform and acid(pH3),could be inactivated at 56℃ for 30 minutes.
