摘要
由于高职院校普遍起步晚、底子薄,加上传统观念影响,造成科研意识不强、目的不明确、科研机制不健全、管理不到位等诸多弊端,严重影响了高职教育的健康发展。为此,我们要积极探索教学与科研的科学互动机制,形成以教学促科研,以科研带动教学的良性循环,才能进一步加速知识的更新,增强办学实力,促使人才培养质量的提高。
Vocational colleges are generally newly- established, weak- foundationed and tradition - bound. The lack of awareness of research, underdeveloped research mechanism and poor management hinder the healthy development of vocational education. Therefore we must develop an interactive mechanism which will make the inter- promotion between teaching and researching possible before we are able to speed up the renew of knowledge improve the quality of education and strengthen our capability of running a college.
