高校政工干部要切实提高对学习重要性的认识,树立新的学习理念,采取切实有效的学习方法,努力提高学习能力,做学习型的政工干部,才能成为大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。
The learning capacity of political and ideological cadres in universities cannot only reflect their own quality, but also influence the effect of the ideological and political education towards college students. Therefore, for these cadres, practical and effective learning methods must be taken to improve their learning capacity. Only when they become knowledgeable cadres, can they be instructors and guides of college students and help students to grow up healthily.
