摘要
通过诱导残败花梗上的休眠芽萌发,以萌发的幼芽为外植体进行组织培养,建立了蝴蝶兰(Phalae nopsishybrid)的无菌繁殖体系。诱导休眠芽萌动的培养基为MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+3%蔗糖+0.6%琼脂;诱导多芽的培养基为MS+5.0mg/L 6-BA+3%蔗糖+0.6%琼脂+0.2%活性炭;生根壮苗培养基为1/2MS(只减无机物)+0.1mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+3%蔗糖+0.6%琼脂+10%香蕉+0.2%活性炭。
Flower peduncles of Phalaenopsis are cultured on MS medium supplemented with 3.0mgL^-1 6 - BA to induce seedlings, then seedlings are used to induce fasciular buds on MS medium with 5.0mgL^-1 6 - BA. The optimized rnecliurn for rooting is 1/2MS supplemented with 0. 1mgL^-1 6- BA ,0.5mgL^- 1NAA ,10% banana juice and 0.2% active carbon.
