摘要
高校体育管理体制涉及面宽,既有教育、体育行政主管部门指令性计划的贯彻落实,也有体育内部教学、科研、群体、训练、行政、后勤等的关系。因此,在管理体制改革中应建立不同的运行机制,正确处理好多方面关系,把高校体育管理体制改革同内部管理体制改革、教学改革、后勤改革有机结合起来,促进体育教育质量的不断提高。
The athletics management system of the high school involves to face the breadth, the current education, the athletics administration supervisor section instruction carries through the implementation plarmedly, also having the athletics the internal teaching, research, community, training, administration, logistic relation of etc.. Therefore, should build up the different movement mechanism in manage the system reform, good various relation of right processing, manage the system to the athletics of the high school to reform together internal management system reform, reform in education, logistic reform the knot put together, promote athletics education the quantity raises continuously.
