摘要
“念动训练”是一种心理训练方法。在体操教学中采用“念动训练法”和“传统训练法”进行教学实验对比,实验结果表明:念动训练的教法有助于学生形成正确的动作概念,加快学生动作技能的掌握,是提高教学效果行之有效的教学方法。
Image training is a psychology training method. During the course of gymnastics teaching, image training method and traditional teaching method was studied. The testing results show that image training method is benefit to the formation of the correct technique and which promotes students to grasp the technique, and is a valid to improve teaching.
