摘要
根据高等职业教育的特点和我院教学改革的经验,着重在教学改革创新、产学研相结合的培养机制、“双师型”教师队伍、“双证融通”制教学以及教学质量监控等方面对实现培养目标、提升教学质量的作用进行了研究与探讨。强调创新是我国高等职业教育发展的必由之路。
Based on the features of high vocational education and the experiences in teaching reform of Lianyungang Technical college, this paper investigates and discusses functions of several aspects in realizing training goals and improving teaching quality, putting emphasis on teaching reform and creativity, mechanism of production, teaching and research integration, double- certificate teachers, teaching pattern of double - certificate exchange and teaching quality supervision. Creativity is the only way to develop the high vocational education in China.
