摘要
高职院校的培养目标、高等职业教育的特点决定了一个合格的高职院校教师必然是“双师型”。然而,应届高学历毕业生在学校里由于缺乏成长为“工程师”的现实土壤,无法成为真正的“双师型”素质的教师。因此高职院校的“双师型”专职教师培养应以选聘产业一线出类拔萃的技术精英为主。
The training goal of higher vocational colleges and features of higher vocational education, they determine a qualified teacher in higher vocational colleges is sure to be a double - certificate one. However, graduates with high education background cannot become real double - certificate teachers for they lack the real background to become ＂engineers＂ at colleges. So training of double - certificate teachers at colleges should be based on outstanding technical elites at the production hne.
