大学聘任制改革及问题分析与探讨——基于A大学的改革方案

摘要 文章以某大学的教师聘任制改革方案为研究对象,从教师的分类、同行评议制度、教师的流动与聘任等方面进行了文本分析与探讨。通过分析得出,大学聘任制改革需要有法可依、需要遵循学术自身发展的规律并处理好学术权力与行政权力的关系等启示。 Using the reform plan of system for appointment of posts in A college as the subject, the paper analyzes and discusses the following aspects such as classification of teachers, appraisal system among colleagues, flow and appointment of teachers. As a result, the reform should have laws to go by, follow academic own development rules and cope with relations between academic authority and administrative authority.
