摘要
运用协整理论对辽宁省鞍山市固定资产投资总额、建筑安装投资总额和GDP之间关系进行研究.建立了能更好描述建设投资与宏观经济的动态均衡模型.从弹性系数可以看出,无论是建筑安装投资,还是固定资产投资,二者对国民经济的拉动作用都是很明显的.
The relation between the total investment in fixed assets, the total investment in construction and installation and GDP of Liaoning province Anshan is studied by using co-integration,and establishes a dynamic equilibrium model. From this model, the construction investment elasticity of GDP are calculated. So a conclusion could be drawn that construction investment plays an important role in national economy and can greatly stimulate the increase Of GDP.
