摘要
文章在比较域外各国产品含义及其范围的基础上,对我国现行法中产品范围界定进行了分析,指出了其固有缺陷,并结合各国产品范围的不断扩大化趋势,对我国未来产品责任法中产品概念及其范围界定作了深入探讨。
The article is on the basis of comparing the overseas meaning of products and range of various countries, and analyses the range stipulated by our country current law, and points out its inherent defect, and combines magnifying the trend constantly of the ranges of product of various countries, and has the deep discussion made to order to the circle of conceptof the products and range in the future product liability law of our country.
