摘要
对西湖风景区旅游活动提供公共服务是南宋临安官府行政职能内容之一,独具地域特色。官方公共服务是西湖风景区旅游活动必不可少的条件。但在传统时代,官方公共服务终究不能摆脱统治层的利益指向控制而独立自由地为民众的利益服务,其结果是官方公共服务限制着民众旅游活动的顺利进行。
in Southern Song Dyrmsty, offering public service for the tourism activities in the resort Western Lake was one of the administration functions performed by the Lin＇ an Government, which owned itself a fame as being regionally characteristic. The official public service was an imperative aspect for carrying out activities in the Western Lake. However, in such a traditional age, the official public service after all would definitely not be able to be performed beyond the limitation of the hierarchy interest so as to independently serve for the interest of civilians. Hence, the brought up result would be the official public service＇ s interference into the smooth tourism activities of the ordinary people.
