摘要
针对起重机在行走过程中普遍存在的啃轨问题,本文介绍了在实践中运用自动控制技术对车轮运行速度进行动态实时调整,以消除啃轨现象,延长设备寿命,保证起重机可靠运行的做法。自动控制技术应用于起重机行走机构中,不仅提高了起重机的运行质量,而且降低了起重机车轮的消耗。防啃轨自动控制技术推广到其他起重设备上,将大大地节约设备成本,提高生产效率。
In light of the gnawing rail very often occurred when the crane is traveling, this article introduces the dynamic real time adjusting of the wheels' traveling speed using auto-control technology so as to eliminate gnawing, prolong equipment service life and ensure crane stable running. The application of auto-control technology in the traveling mechanism not only improves crane working quality but also reduces crane wheel consumption. Equipment cost will be reduced heavily and production efficiency be raised if the gnawing rail prevention auto-control technology is promoted and applied to other Craning equipment.
