摘要
本文对现存监护制度的缺陷作了一些分析,并提出了完善监护制度的粗浅看法,以利于更好地保护被监护人的合法权益,约束被监护人的行为,从而更好地实现监护制度的目的。
The author has analyxed the defects of the current system of guardianship, and given her suggestions about how to make it perfect so that the ward＇ s behavior could be better governed. Thus, the purpose of the system of guardianship could be better fulfilled.
