摘要
以秦沈客运专线轨道梁为原型,设计了4根1∶5大尺度T型试验梁,对其在施工过程中的徐变变形进行了试验研究,重点考察了混凝土种类及预应力筋张拉方式等因素对轨道梁徐变变形的影响.用大型商用软件Sofistik对试验梁在施工阶段的徐变变形进行了时随全过程分析,计算结果与试验值的差值在10%以内.在此基础上,提出了考虑混凝土种类、预应力筋张拉方式以及钢筋配筋率的徐变变形设计建议.研究结果为准高速客运专线轨道梁设计和徐变变形控制提供了试验依据.
Four large scale T-beams with a geometrical proportion of 1 : 5 were made to simulate track girders of the Qinhuangdao-Shenyang dedicated passenger railway. Their creep deformations during the construction were investigated experimentally. The research laid emphasis upon the effects of types of concrete and tensioning measures of prestressed steel bar on the creep deformation. Moreover, program Sofistik was used in the time-dependent full-range analysis of the T-beams during the construction, the error between calculated and experimental results being less than 10%. Based on the above research, design suggestions taking the types of concrete, the tensioning measures of prestressed steel bar and the rate of reinforcement into account were given. The research results are useful to the design of dedicated passenger railway track girders and the effective control of creep deformation.
