摘要
目的观察立体定向术间质内32P放疗治疗囊性胶质瘤的近期疗效。方法利用CT引导立体定向术,根据立体定向系统仪中的CT定向法所计算出的不同靶点,抽取囊性胶质瘤囊液后分别穿刺注入32P胶体磷酸铬,共治疗23例。结果23例病人均随访1～3年,其中1年生存20例(87.0%),2年生存17例(73.9%),近3年来生存15例(65.2%)。结论利用立体定向间质内32P放疗治疗囊性胶质瘤,其疗程短,放疗反应轻,无严重并发症或死亡,有明显的近期疗效。
Objective To study the short-term effects of the sterotactic ^32P interstitial brachytherapy for saccular glioma Methods Using CT-guided sterotactic operation, the colloidal chromic phosphate ^32P punctured and injected in the differ ent targets which were computed by the CT located methods of sterotactic system after taking out the liquid of the saccular glioma. Results All patients were followed up for 1 - 3 years. One-, 2- and 3-year survival rate was 87.0%, 73. 9% and 65.2% respectively. Conclusion Sterotactic ^32P interstitial brachytherapy for saccular glioma had short period of treatment, mild re action of radiotherapy and no serious complication or death with obvious short-term effects.
