摘要
目的探讨戊二醛含量测定值的影响因素。方法检测和比较戊二醛溶液分别在加入亚硝酸钠、碳酸氢钠和甲醛时含量测定值的变化。结果加入亚硝酸钠、碳酸氢钠,均可使戊二醛溶液中戊二醛含量测定值降低,可通过空白对照来消除;加入甲醛可使之增加。结论戊二醛含量测定值可受到亚硝酸钠、碳酸氢钠的负干扰和甲醛的正干扰作用。在实际测定操作中消除干扰比较困难,因此应尽量避免这些物质的掺入。
Objective To explore the effective factors of determined value of glutaraldehyde. Methods To examine and compare the variability of glutaradehyde content determined value when we add sodium nitrite, sodium bicarbonate and methahal to glutarldehyde solution separately. Results Adding sodium nitrite and sodium bicarbonate to glutaraldehyde solution, the glutaraldehyde solution will be reduced, we can eliminate the reduction through blank control. Adding methanal to glutaraldehyde solution, the glutaraldehyde content of glutaraldehyde solution will be increased. Conclusion Glutaraldehyde content determined value is affected by the negative interference of sodium nitrite and sodium bicarbonate and the positive interference of methanal. It is difficult to eliminate the interference in the work. We have to possibly avoid adding sodium nitrite, sodium bicarbonate and methanal to glutaraldehyde solution.
