摘要
介绍了星载微波设备低气压放电和微放电的机理,以及两种放电试验的异同点。针对风云二号(FY-2)气象卫星微波旋转关节地面试验中发生的低气压放电,通过理论计算和模拟试验验证,确定其产生原因为多余物诱发放电。提出了设计、工艺控制和试验验证等防止低气压放电产生的措施。实践表明,低气压放电、微放电的机理和环境条件各异,两种试验不具互换性。
The mechanism of the low-pressure discharge and multipactor in satellite-borne microwave equipment, and comparison between two discharge tests were described in this paper. To the low-pressure discharge in the ground test of microwave rotation joint for FY-2 meteorological satellite, the discharge induced by redundant substance was the reason, which was determined through theoretical computation and simulation approval. The measures of design, technique control and test approval to prevent the low-pressure discharge were put forward. The experience showed that the mechanism and environment of the low-pressure discharge and multipactor were different, and two tests had no interchange.
