摘要
为满足用户对风云二号(FY-2)气象卫星的要求,在C星及后续星的研制和生产中实行全程质量管理。介绍了落实责任制,文件化质量管理体系的文件制订与宣贯,包括源头控制、不可靠因素改正、严格把关与彻底归零、验收质量控制的全程质量控制,质量复查,以及发射试验质量控制等措施。C星的成功发射和正常运行,证明了其研制过程中质量管理工作的科学性和有效性。这些经验也为05星的研制建立了良好基础。
To satisfy the user＇s requirement for FY-2 meteorological satellite, the full quality control in the development of FY-2C satellite and its follow-up ones was taken. The quality control measures such as carrying out duty, constituting and propagating document of the quality control system, full quality control of .source quality controlling, unreliable factor correcting, returning to zero and acceptance control, quality countercheck, and launch quality control were presented in this paper. The launch success and normal operation of C .satellite had proved that the quality control in its development period was correct and effective. All these would provide a .solid base for the development of the FY-2 follow-up satellite.
