摘要
人类科技革命史就是一部产业发展史和生产发展史,每一次科技革命都会导致产业革命,引发产业结构变动和生产方式的巨大变化,进而推动管理思想、观念和方式的不断完善和创新。本文结合科技革命的历史进程,深入剖析了人力资源管理模式演进的内在动因,揭示了雇佣管理模式、人事管理模式、人本型人力资源管理、战略型人力资源管理以及知识管理模式的形成与科技革命的内在联系,系统评述了不同模式下相关理论的发展逻辑,以期为人力资源管理理论的发展奠定系统的框架。
The history of human technology revolution is an industry as well as production development history. Every time the technology revolution had caused industry revolution and the changes of industrial structure and production mode, then pushed management thoughts and ideas continuously being perfected. The paper combines the history of technology revolution with the advancement of human resource management mode, analyzing the relations among the hire management, personal management, personal type human resource management, strategy type human resource management, knowledge management and technology revolution, evaluating the theoretical development logic under the condition of different modes, so as to establish a systematic theoretical frame for the development of human resource management.
