摘要
战略联盟与并购都属于混合安排,但又是两种不同的组织方式,其运作中存在不同的核心风险。战略联盟中的核心风险是关系风险,而并购中的核心风险是整合风险。由于核心风险不同,其控制方式也存在差异。
SA and M＆A all belong to hybrid arrangements but are two different kinds of organization modes. There are different key risk in SA and M＆A. The relational risk is the key risk in SA and the integration risk is the key risk in M＆A. There are different control tactics for different key risks.
