骨髓成体干细胞在心血管疾病细胞替代治疗中的研究进展

摘要 骨髓成体干细胞移植在心血管疾病细胞替代治疗中已经显示了强大的优越性,但目前干细胞移植还存在发生严重并发症的可能。将来成体干细胞移植用于临床还有赖于干细胞体内增殖、分化调控机制的进一步阐明和大规模前瞻性、临床随机对照试验的验证。
