小儿自发性胆道穿孔腹腔镜诊疗体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的总结小儿自发性胆道穿孔的术前诊断和手术方式。方法回顾自1987年以来共收治的5例小儿自发性胆道穿孔行腹腔镜手术患儿的临床资料并进行评价。结果5例患儿均好转出院,随诊3月～5年,3例无特殊异常;2例胆总管有轻度扩张,均未行二期胆道根治术。结论腹腔镜能明确胆道穿孔情况,决定行胆囊造瘘,腹腔引流术,避免术中过多分离,可减轻手术创伤,促进恢复。
