摘要
改革开放以来，全国农村经济发展迅猛，其中尤以东部沿海地区变化最大，村民收入的提高，为改善住房条件提供了基础．10多年来，农村新建住宅建筑面积达20亿m2左右．居住质量和居住水平都有很大的改变．但由于发展的不平衡．建设速度又快，对农村住宅设计和住区规划还有许多问题和工作急待研究改进．建设部为此开展“全国农村2000年小康示范小区试点”工作．作者结合规划实践进行了若干探索。
From reformation and opening, national countryside economy is developing very fast, in which the east coastal areas of China have the most changes. Rising of peasants' income becomes the base of improving their living condition. Due to the unbalance development and fast construction, there are still some problems in housing design and planning in countryside that ought to be solved. This paper gives discussion about it based on planning practices
