介绍了会城门小区节能示范工程的建设背景和示范内容。该工程应用先进的技术与设备,建设了三种不同模式的建筑供暖系统。通过对三类模式系统的测试对比以及大量数据分析,找到了消除水力热力失调、提高热能利用率、节约能源的有效方法,提出了带散热器温控阀的双管系统为未来建筑供暖系统的首选型式,并提出了改造现有单管顺流式系统的具体措施,得出了节能型系统比现有供暖系统节能30%的结论。
To eliminate the poor condition of hydraulic balance in the single pipe heating systems currently dominant in residentisl buildings, a demonstrstion housing project was built and installed with three different heating systems. Through a comparative analysis of the data from detailed measurements reveals that the first choice should be the double pipe heating system with thermoststs on the radiators for ensuring hydraul ic balance, and suggests that the existins single pipe systems can be improved in flow distribution by add lug balancins valves and bypass across rad iators to the vertical pipes and an enersy control set at the heating entrance. Some 30 percent increase in energy efficiency is achieved by the above renovat ion.
