摘要
互联网是信息技术发展的产物,已被人们广泛地应用于社会生活的各个方面。高校局域网在为高校发展和大学生成才提供了现代化广阔的平台的同时,也为境内外敌对势力和敌对分子渗透、颠覆、和平演变所觊觎和利用。针对互联网络安全防范存在的隐患,阐述了敌对势力对我国进行渗透的特点;分析了网上有害信息对青年大学生健康成长的危害;提出了加强法律、法规教育措施;并对网络安全工作进行了探讨。
The Intemet is the production of the development of information technology, and has been widely applied in many fields of social life. The college intranet provides a wide and modem forum for the development of the college as well as its students. At the same time, it is also used by the hostile dements at home and abroad for penetration, overturn and peaceful evolution. In view of the potential problems in the precaution of the Intemet safety, this article illustrates the features of the hostile elements＇ penetration into our cormtry;, analyzes the danger of harmful information to the young college students; proposes the measures of strengthening the education for the laws and regulations; and approaches the work on Internet safety.
