摘要
当今世界,科技人才是国家发展的最重要的战略资源,是先进生产力的集中体现,是社会进步的主导力量,也是国际经济竞争的焦点。在现代科技革命的浪潮下,面对我国全面建设小康社会的巨大需求,我们应该制定相应的人才发展战略,即培养人才、留住人才、争夺人才,以充分调动科技人员的积极性,最终建设一支规模宏大、结构合理、高水平的科技队伍。
Nowadays, science and technology talent is the most important strategic resources in national development, is the embodiment of the advanced productivity, is the predominant power of the progress in society, and is also the focus of the international economic competition. Under the wave tide of the modern science ＆ technology revolution, in the face of the keen demand of building well-to-do society, we should make the corresponding strategy of talent development, which is training, keeping and contesting talent, in order to build a troop of science and technology talent with large scale, reasonable structure and high level.
