硫化镉均匀超细粒子的制备及其吸收光谱 被引量:1

摘要 应用微乳液反应法制备了硫化镉均匀超细粒子,通过透射电镜(TEM)测定了所得硫化镉超细粒子的大小;用分光光度法研究了硫化镉均分散体系吸收先谱的规律性.结果表明,硫化镉均匀赵细粒子的大小可以通过调节业溶液浓度、水/表面活性剂摩尔比年以及表面活性剂浓度来控制;在流化镉均分散体系的吸收光谱中,开始吸收波长λ0随着硫化镉粒子直径的减小而趋向于短波长,硫化镉均分散体系的开始吸收波长变化规律与改变制备条件所得的粒子大小规律一致. In this paper, uniform ultrafine particles of cadmium sulfide were prepared by microemulsion reaction method and their sizes were measured by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The regularity of the absorption spectra of uniform dispersed systems of cadmium sulfide was investigated. The results show that: (1) The size of uniform ultrafine particles of cadmium sulfide can be controlled by adjusting the salt concentration, the water-to-surfactant molar ratio and surfactant concentration. (2) In the absorption spectra of uniform dispersed systems of cadmium sulfide, the wavelengths of absorption onset shifts to shorter wavelengths with the decreases of particle sizes. The change regularity of the wavelengths of absorption onset of uniform dispersed systems of cadmium sulfide with various sizes is in accordance with the change regularity of the prepared conditions.
