摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜对腹部损伤的诊治价值。方法回顾分析2003年1月～2005年7月应用腹腔镜诊治25例腹部损伤的临床资料。结果25例均明确诊断。20例在腹腔镜或手助腹腔镜下完成手术,5例中转开腹。手术时间30～120min,平均65min。住院时间3～9d,平均6.5d,均痊愈出院。随访2～12个月,无手术并发症发生。结论腹腔镜对腹部损伤不仅是一种安全而准确的诊断方法,而且是一种很好的治疗手段。
Objective To investingate the value of the laparoscope in the diagnosis and treatment for abdominal trauma.Methods From January 2003 to July 2005,25 cases with abdominal trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Results Diagnosis was clarified by laparoscopically in all patients. Operations were completed under laparoscope in 20 patients,while 5 cases were be performed open surgery later. The mean operation time was 65 rain （range,30-120 min）,and the mean hospital stay was 6.5 days （range,3-9 days）.The patients were followed up from 2-12 months. No surgical complications were occurred.Conlusion Laparoscope is not only a safe and accurate diagnostic method, but also a good procedure for the trearment of abdominal trauma.
