摘要
目的观察Vitapex糊剂充填感染根管的临床疗效。方法选择患有慢性根尖周炎的恒牙220个,随机分为A,B两组,A组使用Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖,B组使用氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖进行根充,观察其临床近期疗效。结果A组有效率高于B组(P<0.05),术后反应明显轻于B组(P<0.01),超充糊剂3个月复查时吸收率显著高于B组(P<0.01)。结论Vitapex糊剂作为一种新型根充材料,临床操作简便,充填感染根管后近期疗效优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Vitapex paste for treating infected root canal. Methods 206 patients with 220 infected root canal were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was treated with Vitapex paste plus gurra-percha. Group B was treated with Zinic exide olive oil paste plus grtta - percha. The effect was evaluated by clinical and radiological observation. Results After one year,the effective rate of guoup A was higher than that of group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the reactive rate after RCT and the absorption rate of the over- filled pastes in group A were significantly lower than those of group B（ P〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Vitapex paste is effective in the treatment of infected root canals.
