摘要
开发出一种汽车轮胎气压监测与爆胎自动减速系统。选用有ABS功能的Passat轿车和无ABS功能的Santana轿车,进行了19次电雷管爆胎试验,试验车速范围99~167.1km/h,系统反应时间范围48~180ms,制动痕迹无明显偏航。试验表明系统在驾驶员制动反应时间内制动减速,对化解因爆胎产生的危险具有很好的效果。
A tire pressure monitoring and automatic deceleration system for tire blow-out is developed. A Passat car with ABS and a Santana car without ABS are selected to perform 19 times of tire blow-out test by using electric detonators, with a car speed range of 99 - 167.1 kin/h, a system response time of 48 - 180 ms and a braking trace without obvious deviation. The tests validate that applying braking to decelerate the vehicle within driver's response time will definitely be helpful for removing the danger of tire blow-out.
