摘要
多媒体会议的基本特征是利用电视技术,通过传输信道在多个地区之间实时传输双向音频、视频信号。将远距离的多个会议室连接起来,使各方与会人员如同坐在同一会场,通过电视发表意见、讨论问题,并观察到对方的形象、表情,实现人与人之间面对面的虚拟会议环境,在效果上代替现场会议,节省了资金,提高了时效。文章介绍了多媒体会议室中设计的重点,并给出2个实例。
The basic characteristic of multimedia meeting room is able to transmit duplex audio ＆ video signal by the transmitting channel using television technique in real-tlme. Connected several far off meeting rooms, it can make attendee feel to sit in the same conference room, the attendee can come out with the opinions and discuss problems, can observe the other＇s visualize by using television, can realize virtual meeting circumstance. Its effect can replace a locale meeting, save the fund and improves time-effect. The papper introduces design emphases of multimedia meeting room. and gives two examvles.
