摘要
随着视频会议、多媒体技术及网络应用的飞速发展,作为视讯业务及存储应用核心的视频压缩编码技术,愈来愈引起人们的关注和兴趣。编解码标准和高清晰成为目前市场的热点和亮点。文章对国家电网公司会议电视系统存在的问题进行了分析,简要介绍了实现高清晰度视频会议系统的技术及应用,就如何提高国家电网公司电视电话会议质量提出了建议。
With the development of video conferencing, multimedia technology and the applications of internet, the video compres- sion coding technology which is the core technique of video business and storage applications, has increasingly aroused people＇s at- tention and interesting. Encoding-decoding standard and High-Definition television have been hotspot and highlight in present mar- ket. The paper analyzed the existing problems in the meeting system of State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） ; briefly introduced the technology and applications of implementing High-Definition video conferencing system ; made some suggestions of improving the quality of SGCC＇ video meeting.
